The Regional Director of Sales will provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels across Canada and/or the USA, creating a sales-focused culture and driving ROI for hotel partners. The position is home-based and requires travel for in-market visits.
Requirements
- Hotel Industry Sales Experience: 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
- 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
- General hotel operations knowledge
