Rental Equipment Manager

The Rental Equipment Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the retail rental operations of all equipment at their assigned location.

Requirements

• Provide excellent service to customers
• Treat all team members, vendors, and customers with courtesy and respect
• Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Perform customer service tasks
• Open and close rental contracts and reservation
• Monitor and track equipment on a daily basis
• Inspect equipment on a regular basis to comply with company safety policies
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe rental area
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Help out in other areas of the store as needed
