Supply Chain Lead

Role Overview

Gimlet Labs is seeking a Supply Chain Lead with strong experience supporting data center infrastructure deployments. This role will own planning, sourcing coordination, vendor management, material readiness, and execution support for infrastructure programs from forecast through deployment.

What You Will Do

Lead supply chain planning and execution for data center infrastructure deployments. Manage material readiness for cables, optics, servers, racks, GPUs, hardware components, and related infrastructure assets.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, logistics, or infrastructure operations
• Direct experience supporting data centers, networking equipment, cabling, hardware deployments, or infrastructure rollouts
• Strong understanding of BOM management, demand planning, inventory tracking, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
• Ability to manage multiple deployment timelines and prioritize urgent material needs
• Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, ERP systems, procurement tools, or inventory platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
• Proven ability to identify risks early and drive issues to resolution
