Marine Landing Jr. Camp Counselor

The Jr. Counselor co-leads, supports, and motivates campers throughout their camp experience, assisting in planning, leading, and monitoring camp events to ensure campers have a safe and memorable experience. This is a great opportunity for older Girl Scouts to continue learning and growing within Girl Scouts and learn the foundations of communication and leadership.

Requirements

• Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers throughout camp to ensure program goals are met.
• Apply basic youth development principles in working with campers through communication, relationship development, respect for diversity, involvement, and empowerment of youth.
• Provide outstanding customer service to families.
