Program Facilitator I

Girls Inc. of Columbus is seeking a Program Facilitator I to deliver research-based programs to girls in after-school and summer camps. The role involves preparing, teaching, and facilitating programs while fostering a safe and nurturing environment. The facilitator will work closely with the Center Director and other staff to ensure high-quality program delivery and student engagement.

Requirements

• Prepare and teach age-appropriate programs.
• Develop mission-related activities and events.
• Serve as a role model for girls, staff, and volunteers.
• Ensure positive program outcomes.
• Transport girls and staff.
• Maintain records of attendance and progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
