We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial to support operational and development programs in realizing robust industrialization solutions by applying strong engineering, lean, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Technical (business) expertise with a qualification in (Industrial) Engineering;
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) / industrialization and improving existing production processes;
- Ability to influence stakeholders, build trust, and develop effective working relationships within an international organization;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering within a production environment;
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000;
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods;
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing;
- Demonstrated HBO work and thinking level;
- Experience with project or program management (e.g., IPMA-D or PRINCE2 Foundation);
- Experience with Lean process development and Continuous Improvement.
