Requirements

• Higher education in accounting, finance, management control, or business management
• Proven experience in general and/or analytical accounting, management control, and project budget monitoring
• Knowledge of local tax and regulatory issues (notably in Katanga)
• Understanding of operational financial flows (cash collecting, e-government, digital services)
• Common French is required
• English: a plus
• Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite are required
• Rigour, sense of organization, and priorities
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and analytical capacity
