Requirements
- Higher education in accounting, finance, management control, or business management
- Proven experience in general and/or analytical accounting, management control, and project budget monitoring
- Knowledge of local tax and regulatory issues (notably in Katanga)
- Understanding of operational financial flows (cash collecting, e-government, digital services)
- Common French is required
- English: a plus
- Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite are required
- Rigour, sense of organization, and priorities
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and analytical capacity
