Project Manager (Land Development)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager for our Land Development Department. This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale residential community development and entitlement processes across multiple Florida markets.

What You Will Do

Assist with permitting and development projects, support project budgets and schedules, solicit bids and proposals, and monitor project progress.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of real estate land development experience
• 2+ years in project management, real estate transactions, architecture/engineering, or infrastructure construction management
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
• Commitment, tenacity, and accountability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Willingness to travel to job sites
