Operations Associate @Climate Tech Start-up (m/w/d)

We are a Climate-Tech company offering B2B KI-powered Sustainability Software. We help companies reduce their emissions quickly. We are looking for an Operations Associate with strong German and English skills to support our daily operations, finance and accounting, HR, and team events.

Requirements

• Excellent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least C1) in word and writing
• Practical experience in finance, accounting, administration, and working with Excel/Google Sheets
• Practical experience in the HR department
• Experience with tools like HubSpot or Notion and enjoy automating and making repetitive processes smarter
