Job description
The A&R Manager supports Universal Music Korea's Artist & Label department's creative direction and develops the artist roster. They report directly to the Artist & Label director and are responsible for supporting artist signing and driving creatives, brandings, and directions for artists.
Support and manage signing artists, A&R and manage the creatives of artists' music releases, manage and control the quality of artists' brandings, and be responsible for the backend / metadata matters of the artists' releases.
The ideal candidate has a degree qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in A&R, artist or talent management experience, and is familiar with and interested in a subculture, fashion, music, events, visuals, and merch.
