
Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination and correspondence. Assist in business development initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations and client pitches.
This role requires discretion, professionalism and a deep understanding of business operations and other related functions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
