Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to achieve store objectives. The role involves coaching employees, greeting guests, and providing a positive shopping experience. The supervisor must adhere to safety, security, and quality policies, and operate the point of sale system. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Supervise employees and ensure they are performing job duties
- Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
- Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
- Operate the point of sale system and manage cash levels
- Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
- Implement guest service programs and processes
- Address guest inquiries and complaints
- Check in external and internal vendors
