Job Description
Internship opportunity at GlobalFoundries, a leading full-service semiconductor foundry. The intern will work on a project to determine which BJT device DOE parameters can lead to highest Ft/ Fmax & SOA. The internship is a 20-24 week credit-bearing opportunity starting from June 2026.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any other related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.
- Specialization in Microelectronics
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
