Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technical Domain (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics/Data Science, with a focus on HR analytics preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced analytics, Programming (Python/R), Data Modelling, Data pipeline development, SQL, and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to HR and business stakeholders.
