Electronics, Robotics, and Mechanical Technicians

GlobalFoundries is seeking a skilled and motivated electro-mechanical and electrical technician to develop, implement, and support the Electronic Repair Center (ERC) for Fab 8 in Malta, New York. This role is critical to driving productivity improvements for semiconductor equipment by increasing equipment availability and reducing spending.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Military Equivalent, Trade Equivalent, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in a relevant technical field.
• Travel: Up to 10%
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work within a tightly coupled and global team.
