Engineer Integration & Yield

This role is responsible for supporting inline yield performance through defect analysis and yield improvement initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with module and process engineers to identify defect sources, drive corrective actions, and enhance wafer quality to meet product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics Engineering or any engineering related field
• 1-3 year experience in semiconductor equipment role is preferred
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
