Engineer Process Engineering

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Engineer to sustain and improve process / SPC to meet quality, cost, productivity requirements. The role involves analyzing SPC charts, reviewing ESPC charts, and creating SPC charts using various software tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
