Job Description
Device engineering lead in development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices to meet performance requirements. Lead in DOE design, execution, and analysis of results. Partner process integration engineers to improve device performance. Work with TCAD engineers to predict device results. Own and drive technical device problem solving. Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries. Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies. Innovate new methods of continuous device improvement.
Requirements
- Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- >5 year’s relevant experience for PhD, >8 years for Degree/Masters.
- Wafer Fab device engineering ownership experience is required, preferably in RF devices.
- Strong in semiconductor device physics.
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.
- RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.
