Principal Engineer (Etch Equipment)

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Engineer (Etch Equipment) to support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement, and tool release, as well as drive CIP to improve performance indices and optimize productivity.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of Equipment Engineering & Maintenance
• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and PM, engineering methods for equipment controls and OEE improvement
• Strong knowledge and experience in parts repair
• Candidate familiar with AMAT Etcher, Omega, P5K, or Tel will be preferred
