GlobalFoundries is seeking a Principal Integration Engineer to support its 200mm semiconductor manufacturing and development facility in Essex Junction, VT. The role involves ownership of process integration, monitoring performance, and driving improvements related to technology yield, defectivity, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• 4-5 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field
• Fluency in English language - both written and verbal
