
Job description
Process integration engineer responsible for development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements. Partners with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance. Drives technical process problem solving and innovation.
Perform DOE design, execution, and analysis of results. Establish new technology design rules, test structures, and test methodologies. Innovate new methods of continuous process/device improvement.
Requires 4 years of relevant experience in wafer fab process integration. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals is a plus. Excellent analytical and optimization skills, great interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
