SMTS Integration Engineering

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor technology development integration team. The ideal candidate can demonstrate a technical understanding of process integration and an understanding of a balanced scorecard approach to develop, sustain, and improve the technologies with quality, cost, and delivery all considered.

• Shows mastery and breadth of a technical discipline and is recognized within the company as an authority in his/her area(s) of specialization.
• Initiative and creativity result in high degree of innovation while showing the capacity to solve major problems of an advanced complexity affecting various departments and businesses.
• Solves complex, novel and non-recurring problems.
• Leads complex, strategic and business critical projects or initiatives.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced staff; influences others as a technical leader.
• Participates in and leads cross-functional teams across sites.

Benefits

• Expected Salary Range $118,000.00 - $210,000.00
