
Job description
The Field Service Technician is a customer-facing role within the Customer Support department, requiring extensive travel and working cross-functionally with various teams to address customer needs.
Assist with quotations, provide customer support, participate in equipment assembly and testing, create installation plans, and supervise equipment/systems installations.
This role requires self-motivation, minimal supervision, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of handling multiple priorities and meeting strict timelines.
