Director, Quality

Role Overview

The Director of Quality provides strategic leadership and oversight of the company’s global quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with company objectives for product safety, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute the global quality strategy, provide leadership and mentoring to quality teams, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum BS degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Device Quality Assurance/ Quality Systems
• Experience in product quality assurance, process quality, verification and validation
• ASQ Certification or equivalent formal training and experience
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and statistical analysis tools
