
Job description
The Territory Business Manager is responsible for managing the assigned territory by developing effective strategic plans, utilizing Globus Medical's resources, and aggressively implementing actions to achieve optimal results that meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Meet or exceed all sales goals and objectives assigned in assigned territory, gain and consistently increase product knowledge, maintain conduct that is aligned with company quality policy, and protect confidentiality with proprietary information.
Requires 5+ years of medical device sales or demonstrated successful territory management experience, strong understanding of spinal anatomy, ability to travel as necessary, and proficiency in MS Office.
