GMO is seeking a Client Systems Manager to lead a software engineering team responsible for client-facing systems, including CRM, client engagement tools, and client/fund performance systems. The ideal candidate will be accountable for innovation, quality, and operational excellence across the technology suite.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology, with at least 3 years managing engineering or IT teams
- Experience developing/managing large scale applications and platforms
- Financial services, investment management industry, and wealth management/intermediary background strongly preferred
- Experience managing enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), client-facing SaaS ecosystems, CMS platforms, and Marketing Automation tools
- Actively engaged with market-leaders in the investment management industry to understand best-in-class client data-infrastructure and distribution and marketing platforms
- Experience with, or exposure to, Performance Measurement and Investment Analysis concepts and systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior business and technology leaders, able to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Familiarity with software delivery practices, vendor risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements
