Human Resource Specialist

Role Overview

Gnostech is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to manage HR processes and support personnel administration and employee lifecycle activities. This is a full-time position.

What You Will Do

Perform integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities, analyze and determine staffing requirements, develop and implement a formalized resource management process, and communicate with stakeholders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures, and experience in federal human resources and/or manpower positions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience providing human resources support
• AA/AS degree accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 5 years of experience
• GED/Diploma accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 10 years of experience
• Current active Secret Clearance
