
Job description
Gnostech is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to manage HR processes and support personnel administration and employee lifecycle activities. This is a full-time position.
Perform integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities, analyze and determine staffing requirements, develop and implement a formalized resource management process, and communicate with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures, and experience in federal human resources and/or manpower positions.
