Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist - Quebec City. Accompany companies in the strategic search for their key talents. Play a key advisory role with clients, accompanying them in identifying, selecting and attracting the best profiles for their organization.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a firm or recruitment agency
- Technical sourcing and complete support of the filling process
- Direct approaches (phone, emails, social media) and salary negotiation
- Accompany managers and HR during interviews
- Experience in consulting or customer service
- Excellent communication (native French, technical English at a minimum)
- Possess a car and a valid driver's license
- Availability to travel to clients as needed
