We are looking for a computer technician to provide technical support to clients in the Beauce region, both remotely and on site. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems related to workstations, networks, and infrastructure, and providing a rigorous and professional customer service.
Requirements
- Hold a DEC in computer science, a DEP in IT support, or any other relevant training
- Have experience in technical support, ideally in a SME environment
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to clients
- Possess a vehicle (kilometer reimbursement offered)
- Show autonomy, rigour, and good organizational sense
- Have excellent customer approach and good communication skills
