Requirements
- Hold a DEC in computer science, a DEP in IT support, or any other relevant training
- Have experience in technical support, ideally in a SME environment
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to clients
- Have a vehicle (kilometer reimbursement offered)
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and good organizational sense
- Have excellent client approach and good communication skills
