Virtual Surveyor

Role Overview

The Virtual Surveyor will provide customers with an accurate and timely review of service needs, quantities, and pricing options for their relocation virtually. They will utilize the QTG Virtual Surveying Platform and necessary tools to provide estimates, education, and set expectations for high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Provide virtual surveys, complete estimates or survey results, review literature and checklists, and adhere to paperwork requirements. Provide quotes, review collateral material, and set customer expectations for satisfaction.

Requirements

• In-home, visual surveying background in the COD - Household Goods industry
• Minimum of 1 year of progressive business development/sales experience
• High School/GED minimum
• Associates/Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly customer service oriented
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change
• Ability to multi-task and organize workflow
• Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
• Detail oriented with strong presentation skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
