Manager, Operations

We are looking for a Manager, Operations to oversee our warehouse operations team and ensure daily capacity goals are met for our customers. The role will involve identifying and developing operational improvements, working with multiple departments, and cultivating and enforcing best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations in a management or supervisory role
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of associates
• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• Financial acumen – recording, tracking and reporting expense control
• Strong proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 35 pounds)
