Job Description
Goddard Riverside Community Center is seeking a Coordinator for Advocacy and Community Voice to work with the #DegreesNYC initiative, a data-informed collective impact movement to achieve education equity in NYC. The Coordinator will provide comprehensive training, tailored curriculums, and guide youth fellows through project planning and execution, while monitoring projects related to advocacy, qualitative data, and policy.
Requirements
- Graduate of NYC school (high school or college) preferred
- Experience in youth-led advocacy efforts or a background in youth organizing, community organizing or education justice policy
- Experience with design software such as Photoshop/Canva is preferred; willingness to learn required
