Job Description
Goddard Riverside is working with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development to operate a Beacon Community Center. The Program Aide will assist with managing the office, record-keeping, and supporting youth groups. The role requires flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for youth development.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday for training sessions
- Must have ability to work collaboratively
- Must have a sense of humor and a passion for youth development
- Have energy, motivation and skills needed to work independently
- Comfortably engaging youth
- Experience or interest in Education/Social Work a plus
- Must be able to pass background check including Fingerprint Screening
Benefits
