We are looking for a caring and involved mental health care worker with a passion for supporting people with intellectual disabilities. You will provide daily support to eight unique residents, create a safe and trusted living environment, and work with your team to tailor care to each resident's specific needs and wishes.

Requirements

• Diploma on MBO or HBO level in the direction of care and well-being
• Experience in the field of mental health care is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
