Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in underground gold mining (at Coordinator/Foreperson or Supervisor level)
- Strong understanding of underground mining methods and production cycles
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Confidence and competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor Certificate.
- WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate.
- Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence and WA Dangerous Goods Security Card
