Gong is a company that harnesses the power of AI to transform how revenue teams win. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead the implementation lifecycle of the Gong platform for Enterprise-level clients, ensuring successful organizational adoption and maximum business value realization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in Project or Program Management of enterprise-scale software implementations
- 6+ years of professional consulting experience delivering custom solutions to Fortune 500/100 clients
- Expert-level knowledge of core project management disciplines (time, cost, scope, risk management)
- Deep expertise in Change Management strategy and execution (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR principles or equivalent) within large, complex organizations
- Exceptional political acumen and ability to navigate ambiguous organizational dynamics and complex decision-making processes at a large enterprise
- Ability to travel as required to facilitate strategic client engagements (up to 25%)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of typical Enterprise-level business processes and sales strategy, and how SaaS applications support them
- Solid experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or Dynamics strongly preferred) and other applications that support revenue teams
- Impeccable communication, compelling presentation, and eloquent writing skills
