G&H Ilminster, Somerset is seeking a Full Time (Temp to Perm) Optical Worker to polish ultra-precise optics. The role involves setting up machinery, following procedures, and ensuring production quality. Ideal candidates will have GCSE qualifications in English, Maths, and Science and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English, Maths, and Science (Grade C+)
• Used to working to tight deadlines
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good with problem solving and results oriented
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good manual handling skills
• Flexibility and openness to working overtime
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy
