Lead Data Analyst

GoodRx is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams, design and implement behavior tracking and data models, and lead proactive analyses to identify key trends and strategic opportunities. The role requires strong analytical thinking skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with data visualization tools and AI-enabled analytics.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience writing complex SQL
• Strong experience in advanced analytics in Python, covering data wrangling, time series forecasting, and counterfactual analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Experience with DBT or ETL environments
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, synthesize insights, and drive business decisions in complex and ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating independently and driving analytical initiatives from problem definition through execution and impact
