Job Description
Join Goodwill of Central Oklahoma as a Store Manager for an Outlet Store. Ensure customer/contributor service, develop sales, control expenses, and supervise store personnel. Previous retail experience and management experience required.
Requirements
- Meet store sales goals and operate within budgetary guidelines
- Oversee production and rotation of merchandise
- Ensure quality of merchandise and proper pricing
- Provide excellent customer service and train employees in customer/contributor service skills
- Oversee training and development of store employees
- Accountable for daily reports, payroll and daily sales reports
