Assistant Store Manager

Leads the daily operations of a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Assists with leading production room and performs various tasks, including people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, and training and development of Team Members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• One-year work experience in Retail Management required
• One-year customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
