Job Description
This position is responsible for program operations within a Next Move Program, focusing on safety, cleanliness, and supporting participants. Duties include room checks, cleaning, assembling furniture, assisting participants with needs, and handling paperwork and communication. The role requires strong interpersonal and documentation skills to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience working with the homeless population
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
