Mission Services of Silicon Valley is a non-profit organization that helps people build skills, find meaningful work, and thrive in the community. The Employment Specialist - Unhoused Program is responsible for job placement, case management, and training program participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Vehicle, insurance, CDL, and excellent driving record (preferred)
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS office
- Good oral and written communication skills
- General learning ability
- Ability to reason and make judgments
- Analytical mind
- Respectful of and conform to set limits, tolerances and standards
