Mission Services of Silicon Valley is a non-profit organization that helps people build skills, find meaningful work, and thrive in the community. The Employment Specialist - Unhoused Program is responsible for job placement, case management, and training program participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Vehicle, insurance, CDL, and excellent driving record (preferred)
• Computer literacy and knowledge of MS office
• Good oral and written communication skills
• General learning ability
• Ability to reason and make judgments
• Analytical mind
• Respectful of and conform to set limits, tolerances and standards
