
Job description
The Senior IT Support Engineer is a strong technical contributor focused on providing IT support to the organization. This role is subject matter expert who is focused on delivering secure and reliable infrastructure services.
Provide support for all IT deployed IT devices, IT support for retail locations, management of end user accounts, support for collaboration and communication tools, and support for network, servers, and storage.
Requires at least 2 years' experience in IT support, excellent communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of ticketing systems.
