Technical Program Manager, Applied Technical Expertise Enablement, GCP

The Technical Program Manager, Applied Technical Expertise Enablement, GCP, will lead the conception and execution of technical learning strategies that bridge traditional CS systems, Cloud product development, and AI-native engineering practices for all Google Cloud developers. The role will involve authoring, reviewing, and curating high-quality technical content, designing and delivering learning experiences, and leading high-visibility technical strategies. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience, and 8 years of experience in program management, with a focus on developing and delivering technical curriculum or training programs for engineering audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program management
• 5 years of experience developing and delivering technical curriculum or training programs for engineering audiences
• Experience working with engineering teams within infrastructure or SRE domains
• Experience building and deploying AI solutions in business situations
• Experience with AI Agents, Vibe Coding, and other building blocks for AI systems
• Experience in distributed systems, computer architecture, networking, cloud infrastructure, and Google Cloud platform services
• Experience managing specialized vendor teams or cross-functional groups to deliver complex platform features
• Experience working and developing with Google’s AI ecosystem
• Demonstrated track record in deep technical enablement and GenAI upskilling for large-scale engineering organizations
