As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience with Generative AI (e.g., Large Language Models, Multi-Modal Models) or Agentic Technologies (Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent Development Kits (ADKs), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A), etc.)
- Experience managing the lifecycle, development, or deployment of Generative AI products and solutions.
- Experience in cloud capacity management, resource allocation, and forecasting specifically tailored to the unique compute demands of GenAI workloads.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing relationships with external enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Demonstrated success orchestrating complex, end-to-end product launches and driving Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Strong advocate for a team-first environment, with a history of fostering cultures and building trusted, high-impact cross-functional partnerships.
