goop is seeking a Field Territory Manager to drive sales, execute brand education, events, and build strong relationships within key retail partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the beauty industry
- At least 3 years of experience as a Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years as an Account Coordinator
- Experience working within ULTA, Bluemercury, Nordstrom, or similar retail environments
- Strong training and motivational abilities to develop high-performing sales teams
- Proven experience in sales analysis, forecasting, and promotional impact evaluation
- Keen eye for visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 45% of the time, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license required
