Implementation Specialist

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Operations team. As our Implementation Specialist, you'll ensure a smooth, well-organized onboarding process for our clients by preparing and configuring customer accounts within the GoPhoto platform. You'll work on platform setup, payment integrations, license management, feature configuration, and implementation of quality checks.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role; preferably within a Saas company
• MBO or HBO background; preferably in IT, Business IT, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
• Strong attention to detail; you notice what others miss
• Operational accuracy; comfortable working with software platforms, systems, and technical processes
• Structured and organized: you can manage multiple implementations at once without dropping the ball
• A problem-solving mindset; you flag issues early and solve them before they escalate
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving, international scale-up environment
