This role shall be experienced in manufacturing and working with overseas teams, developing and implementing manufacturing processes and methods to meet engineering, quality, cost, delivery, and lead time requirements.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture
- Lead DFM study to ensure product achievement of engineering requirements
- Drive top issue FA and correction actions for yield improvement
- Conduct tolerance analysis and ensure key dimension and profile control in 2D drawing
- Conduct production line audit, equipment buyoff, operator and process qualification
- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering
- At least 5 years of work experience in or with OEM, ODM
- NPI experience in consumer electronics product
- Practical experience of Minitab, DOE, SPC, FMEA, PDCA, Six Sigma methodologies, RCA, 8D and other engineering tools
- Good communication skills and with a strong sense of teamwork
- Good understanding of DFM/DFA
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
