Director of Business Systems (Technology)

We are looking for a strategic Director of Business Systems to serve as the 'Air Traffic Controller' for our end-to-end commerce architecture, leveraging best-in-class SaaS platforms and building robust iPaaS middleware.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Retail Technology, E-commerce Operations, or Business Systems Architecture.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of retail accounting, inventory valuation, and how commerce data impacts the general ledger.
• Proven ability to move quickly, prioritize 90% solutions, and manage technical debt effectively.
